City Certification and Election Marijuana (Cities)
The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is certifying all cities annually to receive state revenues. In order to qualify to receive the funds, complete the three part survey. This survey is due by July 31, 2024, or you will not receive funds.

The first part certifies your city for ORS 221.770, to receive State Revenue Sharing. Please have a copy of your ordinance or resolution ready in pdf format beforehand as it is required to attach to the survey. The second part certifies for the eligibility for ORS 221.760, shared revenues: cigarette, liquor, and highway taxes. The last part of the survey certifies your city to receive revenues from marijuana sales under ORS 475B.070, ORS 475B.090, ORS 475B.100, ORS 475B.105.
