State Shuttle and Delivery

Publishing & Distribution (P&D) provides an interagency delivery service via state shuttle, complemented by an optional PacTrac tracking service. This service is accessible to state agencies and counties within the Salem area and along the I-5 corridor from Portland to Eugene. We prioritize your pickup and delivery needs, and our professional drivers ensure that your agency assets are handled with the utmost care.

State Shuttle Requirements

Clearly display both the delivery and return addresses

Recipient name
Agency name, division or section
Building or street address
City, state, and zip

No open, loose or unpackaged documents/mailings
All high security shipments use PacTrac Level 4

Item Limitations

P&D will pick up no more than five boxes of any size per agency
Up to but not exceeding 165” in girth and length combined, up to 108" in length
Weight not to exceed 50 pounds per item

Prohibited Items

Personal mail
Poisons or poisonous compounds
Hazardous or flammable materials
Narcotics and controlled substances prescribed by federal law or regulation
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind, for example: knives, air rifles, pistols
Machinery, chemicals, or chemical compounds, explosives, pepper sprays
Activated personal pagers or beepers
Live animals of any kind

Large Truck Services
