About the Project
OregonBuys started as the collaborative effort of ten state
agencies and eventually was approved for enterprise adoption as the statewide
eProcurement solution for all state agencies.
DAS led this project and agencies contributed to the
efforts by participating on project teams and implementation workgroups.

OregonBuys
features procure-to-pay automated processes from request through payment,
including workflows & approvals, solicitations, bid submission,
purchase orders, and invoicing & reporting.
It also interfaces with R*STARS, the
state’s accounting system, and the Certification Office For Business
Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) Certification system. The best part? No
more manual steps and a modern online marketplace shopping experience.
