ASCENT's mission is to build transformational leaders. Transformational leaders have clear purpose, strong values, and vision. Leaders are ethical and inspire others. They work to understand themselves by listening to feedback and taking action to improve. They see what needs to change in organizations and work with others to co-create the desired future state.

ASCENT programs help leaders at all levels learn more about themselves. We often stick to the same ways of thinking and acting without noticing our impacts. ASCENT helps leaders understand how they affect the people they lead. Self-awareness can help close the gap between what we mean to do (how we think we're acting) and how others see us.
