Oregon state government has moved from a yearly performance management process to the Performance Accountability and Feedback (PAF) model requiring managers to conduct quarterly check-ins with their employees.
The Performance Accountability and Feedback training consists of three online self-paced modules that take about 30 minutes each to complete and the Foundational training program. There is a cost of $500 for the Foundational training program.
You can take the online training at any time using the links below, but you must register in Workday to attend one of the Foundational cohorts. All three online modules must be completed before you can attend the Foundational training program.
