Building evaluation support agreements NEW

The Building Evaluation Support Agreement (BESA), is a voluntary agreement that building departments may use to request and share Building Official services, such as plan review and inspection services.

Our outreach liaison and assistant building officials serve contractors and government officials to help: resolve disputes, coordinate state and local building code services, and share best practices across the state. BCD offers assistance with matters such as local permit and inspection services, building official advice and city/county manager consulting services.
