The Building Codes Division has completed the process for adopting the 2023 Oregon Residential Reach Code, a set of statewide optional construction standards and methods designed to increase energy efficiency. These standards provide an additional choice for builders, consumers, contractors, and others to use for above-code energy performance of structures regulated by the Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC).
