CAMP - OLCC's New Online Licensing System

CAMP (Cannabis and Alcohol Management Program) is an innovative system developed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission designed to streamline the processes for marijuana and liquor licensing and permits. CAMP provides an integrated platform that enhances efficiency, transparency, and ease of use for businesses involved in the cannabis and alcohol industries.

CAMP is now live for Marijuana and Alcohol Licensing. The third phase of CAMP, Alcohol Service Permits & Marijuana Worker Permits, is set to launch in February 2025.   More about CAMP

Energy Efficiency for Growers

Energy Trust of Oregon offers licensed cannabis & hemp growers free technical services and incentives for the installation of energy-efficient equipment at new and existing grow operations.

 
Water Usage & Regulation

The 2022 Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 4061 to deter water use on unlicensed cannabis, both marijuana and hemp, growing sites. All provisions of the bill are effective June 3, 2022.

This interactive map displays locations of all OLCC-licensed marijuana retailers and testing laboratories.

The map includes K-12 school locations, and boundaries of cities and counties, including those that prohibit some or all recreational marijuana license types.
