Blank Window
If a DMV form or other publication does not open, download or print correctly, or is leaving a blank window within your Web browser, follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:
- For a DMV form, choose a version of the form not marked "fillable";
- Right-click on the link;
- Select "Save Link As";
- Save the file; and
- You should now be able to open and print the form or publication.
Unable to Save Form/Fillable Form not Working Properly in Browser
You can’t save the data entered into a fillable PDF form using your browser. However, you can save the empty DMV form to your computer or network. Follow these steps to save the filled-in data or to fix other fillable form issues:
- Right-click on the link;
- Select "Save Link As";
- Save the file;
- Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF;
- Fill out the form;
- Select the "File" option in the upper left-hand corner of the Adobe Acrobat Reader window;
- From the menu that pops up, select the "Save As" option; and
- Save the file.
