The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is the central administrative agency of Oregon state government.
DAS works to effectively implement the policy and financial decisions made by the Governor and the Oregon Legislature. The department also sets and monitors high standards of accountability to ensure that state government uses tax dollars productively. To fulfill its mission, DAS supports state agencies by providing a strong and stable management infrastructure. 'Lean' Transformation at DAS

DAS Closed on September 17 for Furlough
Due to state budget reductions, the Department of Administrative Services will be closed on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. DAS offices will re-open on Monday, September 20. Thank you for your patience.
Report from HB 5002 Workgroup
The 2009 Legislature directed that a workgroup review DAS’ organizational structure, service and policy delivery, and funding mechanisms to find ways to improve DAS and ensure fair and agile funding. If adopted, the workgroup’s recommendations would create a different business model for DAS. For details, read the Workgroup Report.
