Talon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Oregon, Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute, and Business Analysis Certificate from Portland State University. Talon is an IT Project Services Manager with Oregon Health Authority/Oregon Department of Human Services.

Amy has a Certificate in Project Management from the Oregon Project Management Certification Program. Amy has over 27 years of government experience, the last ten being in IT and business project management. Amy is a Project Manager with Oregon Department of Justice.

Gundula has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Phoenix and Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute. Gundula is a Business Innovations Manager with Oregon Department of Justice.

Olivia has a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University. Olivia is a Statewide Workforce Development Coordinator with Oregon Department of Administrative Services.

Claire Schulz has a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology and Society with an emphasis in Bioethics from the University of Puget Sound. She also has a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Claire is currently a Project Manager for the Oregon Health Authority with the Health Policy and Analytics division.

Connie has a Bachelor in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has a PMP from the Project Management Institute, a Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from the Acuity Institute.

She is a Project Manager in the DAS Enterprise Information Services PMO.

Jeffery has a Master of Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Strategic Planning from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Oregon University. Jeffrey is a Project Manager with Oregon Health Authority/Oregon Department of Human Services.

Krasimir has a Ph.D. in Business Management from Walden University, a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute Conservatory, and a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from the National Academy for Theater and Film Arts in Bulgaria. He is an Organizational Improvement Specialist with Oregon Health Authority's Equity & Inclusion Division.

Kris Scott is the Program Manager for Statewide Transportation Projects at the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). He has been delivering a wide variety of projects with the State of Oregon for over 15 years, including: information systems, vertical construction, and roadway construction. Kris is a certified Oregon Project Management Associate through the Oregon Project Management Certification Program. Prior to joining the state in 2009, he served proudly in the United States Navy for over 12 years.

McKenzie has a Bachelor of Science in Information systems from Western Oregon University. McKenzie is an IT Project Coordinator with Oregon Department of Administrative Services.

Prior to joining state service Melissa Schindler spent a decade in private business as a business owner of a Limited Liability Corporation. Since joining state service, she has served in the Budget Planning and Analysis (BPA) unit. During that time, she has worked on the Medicaid model, the Hospital Assessment Model, and federal reporting. Most recently as the Operations Policy Analyst lead for Behavioral Health Programs in the Budget Planning and Analysis Unit. She holds an Oregon Project Management Associate certificate from the Oregon Project Management Certification Program. She currently serves in an ambassador role for the Oregon Project Management Advisory Board.

Stephen has a Master of Science in Applied Information Management from University of Oregon and Bachelor of Arts in English from San Francisco University. Stephen is a Project Manager with Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services.

Parrish has over 22 years of entrepreneurial experience to include 16 years of government experience in both vertical and IT projects. Among being Lean Six Sigma Certified, he also facilitates leadership development at Department of Public Safety Standards & Training. Parrish is a Senior Policy and Business Services Manager with Oregon Department of Corrections.
