It's illegal to be paid less because of your gender, or another protected characteristic. You must be paid the same as coworkers who do similar jobs.

Any worker may report actions they believe violate local, state, or federal laws. Whistleblowing laws protect workers from retaliation for making these reports.
In accordance with ORS 651.190, hospitals are required to submit workforce demographic reports.
