OTRS Customer Service Contact Information
OTRS Customer Service Representatives are available to answer questions, take customer commendations, complaints, or feedback. When calling about a specific incident, please provide the following information:
  • Relay Operator's identification number
  • Date
  • Time of call 
For assistance during a relay call, callers may also ask to speak to a supervisor.
 
The Customer Service Department also accepts requests for OTRS brochures, outreach materials, presentations, or other additional relay information.

Outreach Program:
 
OTRS provides outreach to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, and speech impaired.  OTRS Outreach Specialists travel the state, giving presentations and providing information. Workshops and training sessions are offered for people who can hear to educate them about how to accept and make relay calls.
