PacifiCorp Sale Town Hall to be Held in Portland

Salem, OR – The Oregon Public Utility Commission has scheduled a Town Hall in Portland the evening of October 25, 2005, to provide information and obtain comments from the public about the proposed sale of PacifiCorp to MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company (MidAmerican).
The Town Hall will begin at 6:30 p.m. Commissioners will attend to hear public testimony. The meeting will be conducted by a facilitator.
