Details: Sept. 24, 2001 Industrial Customers of Northwest Utilities (ICNU), the Citizens’ Utility Board (CUB) and Associated Oregon Industries (AOI), petitioned the Oregon Public Utility Commission to reconsider new electric rates for Portland General Electric (PGE) that went into effect Oct. 1, 2001.
