Commission Holds Advanced Metering Workshop With National Experts
The January 6th workshop explored advanced metering technologies and applications, costs and benefits, demand response opportunities, and regulatory issues. Craig Boice of the Boice Dunham Group hosted the workshop. Presenters included Ross Malme, CEO of RETX and chairman of the Peak Load Management Alliance; Chris King, co-chair of the Demand Response and Advanced Metering Coalition; Brian Pollom of Integride, Inc.; consultant Ed Malemezian; Steve George of Charles River Associates; and Oregon utility representatives.
