On February 5, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., PUC Staff will hold its next AR 518 workshop.
The workshop will be held in the Main Hearing Room, First Floor, Public Utility Commission, 550 Capitol Street NE, Salem, Oregon. Please call Philip H. Carver, Ph.D., [(503) 378-6681] at least 48 hours prior to the workshop if you wish to participate by telephone.
Planned areas of discussion are:
- Calculation methods for incremental costs and alternative compliance rates,
- The implementation plan rule and the compliance reporting rule; and
- REC allocation among states for multi-state electric companies under ORS 469A.150.
