PERS has a well-diversified portfolio with a long-term investment horizon that limits our financial exposure to any one company or industry. The fund is managed by the Oregon Treasury under the direction of the Oregon Investment Council (OIC).

Monthly PERS Fund investment returns are posted by the Oregon Treasury on its website.

Monthly earnings factors for member accounts are posted on the PERS website in the Financials section.

The PERS Comprehensive Annual Financial Report is posted on the PERS website in the Financials section.

PERS credits member accounts annually based on end-of-year investment return results. Crediting information for the year ending December 31, 2007, is posted on the PERS website in the Financials section.

PERS By The Numbers has information about the system’s demographics, benefits, funding level and status, revenue, and reform.
