From I-5 (heading south):
Take Haines street exit 293. Turn right at 68th Ave. The next stop sign will be Haines street. Go straight and PERS is the building on the right.
From I-5 (heading north):
Take Haines street exit 293. Turn left onto Haines. After crossing over I-5 take the first right turn. PERS is the building on the right.
