Lieutenant Gregg Hastings Public Information Officer (503) 731-3020 ext. 247 Next of kin notification for a Reno, Nevada man killed October 2, 2009 in a traffic crash on Highway 97 north of Chiloquin has been completed following a request for help Sunday through media outlets in Oregon and Nevada. The brother of JOHN LYMAN HOWELL, age 65, was notified after he was contacted by a friend who reportedly found out about the story related to the fatal traffic crash.
