The Tribal Gaming Section provides independent regulatory functions for Tribal Gaming within the State of Oregon. This is required and defined in each of the nine Tribal/State gaming compacts.
The mission of the Oregon State Police Tribal Gaming Section is to ensure that all Class III Tribal gaming activities are conducted with fairness, integrity, honesty,security and in accordance with the Tribal/State gaming compacts.
