The Oregon Medical Board is responsible for the scope of practice of First Responders and EMTs (Basic, Intermediate and Paramedic), and for the requirements and duties of EMT supervising physicians. The Board provides the Department of Human Services with nominations for the physician members on the State EMS Committee.
Current committee members are:

- Rose Howe, EMT-Intermediate, Monument
