| Annual Performance Measures The Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) Program Operations Division oversees board and council member service and meeting planning and management, licensing and qualification services, outreach and communications, and direct customer service delivery, including examination services. The division contributes to agency-wide and profession-specific policy formulation while connecting stakeholders to regulatory resources and solutions.
