Examination testing cutoff time is 1 p.m. Monday through Friday for all in-office examinations. You will need to return another day to sit for your examination(s) if you arrive to our office and check in after 1 p.m.

The Health Licensing Office (HLO) is seeking both licensed Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) and licensed Residential Care Facility Administrators (RCFA) to serve as part-time subject matter experts (SMEs) for complaint investigations. A SME is an independent contractor who assists in investigations of and cases against Oregon licensed NHAs and RCFAs. SMEs may be called upon to assist the HLO in various ways, such as: examining complaints, working with a HLO investigator when investigating licensees, providing opinions about community standards, and competently testifying during hearings.
