Oregon Rental Housing Assistance Programs - An Overview  
The HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program is administered by Community Action Agency Centers to assist low-income persons with rental housing assistance. The program offers rental assistance in six-month or one-year terms that may be renewed to very-low-income tenants for the payment of housing costs and a refundable security deposit.
