Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

In November 2021, President Biden signed into law the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). The IIJA provided historic levels of investment across all types of infrastructure. For transportation infrastructure specifically, the IIJA reauthorized existing federal surface transportation programs through September 30, 2026, while also creating a host of new programs that will help bring the transportation system to a state of good repair.

For more details, please visit ODOT's IIJA webpage, or view the legislation in its entirety.

The Tribal Affairs Program guides our intergovernmental relationships with tribal governments to positively advance ODOT's mission and values for the benefit of all Oregonians.
