Your customer number must be called by 4:00 PM (11:30 AM on Saturday) in order to take the test.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

- From North or Southbound I-5, take the Kuebler Blvd exit (Exit 252).
- Turn West on Kuebler Blvd.
- Continue West on Kuebler Blvd for several blocks (past Commercial St and Lone Oak Rd).
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Liberty Rd.
- Continue North on Liberty Rd past the Skyline Rd "Y" intersection.
- Just before Cunningham Ln, turn LEFT (West) into the Sunnyslope Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center at the corner of Liberty Rd and Cunningham Ln.
Going North (Commercial St)
- Travel North on Commercial St toward Salem.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Kuebler Blvd.
- Continue West on Kuebler Blvd for several blocks (past Lone Oak Rd).
- Turn RIGHT (North) on Liberty Rd.
- Continue North on Liberty Rd past the Skyline Rd "Y" intersection.
- Just before Cunningham Ln, turn LEFT (West) into the Sunnyslope Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center at the corner of Liberty Rd and Cunningham Ln.
Going South (Commercial St)
- Travel South on Commercial St from downtown Salem.
- Just past Alice Ave and Fairview Ave, veer RIGHT at the fork onto Southbound Liberty Rd.
- Continue South on Liberty Rd for about 12 blocks.
- Just past Cunningham Ln, turn RIGHT (West) into the Sunnyslope Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center at the corner of Liberty Rd and Cunningham Ln.
Going East/West
- From East or Westbound Madrona Ave, turn South on Liberty Rd.
- Continue South on Liberty Rd for about 6 blocks.
- Just past Cunningham Ln, turn RIGHT (West) into the Sunnyslope Shopping Center.
- The DMV office is located in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center at the corner of Liberty Rd and Cunningham Ln.
