Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

- From Southbound Columbia St (OR-11) in Milton-Freewater, turn East into the driveway entrance between Bank of America and the Blue Mt. Community College, just North of 3rd Ave.
- The DMV office is located in the row of offices at the back of the parking lot area.
Going North
- Travel North on Main St (OR-11) into Milton-Freewater.
- Take the RIGHT fork at 3rd Ave onto Northbound Columbia St.
- Continue North on Columbia St for about a block, past the continuation of 3rd Ave.
- Turn RIGHT (East) into the driveway entrance between the Blue Mt. Community College and Bank of America.
- The DMV office is located in the row of offices at the back of the parking lot area.
