Going North/South
- From North or Southbound I-5, exit the freeway at Wiedler St (Exit 302A).
- Travel East on Wiedler St for about 9 blocks.
- Turn RIGHT (South) on 9th Ave, and continue for about a block.
- Turn LEFT (East) on Multnomah St, and continue for about a block.
- Turn LEFT (North) into the Lloyd Center Mall complex.
- The DMV office is located on the lower level near Sears and Marshall's at the East end of the mall, across from The Men's Wearhouse.
- The area is usually fairly congested and there is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going West
- From Westbound I-84, take Exit 1 to 13th Ave.
- Turn RIGHT (North) on 13th Ave, and continue for about a block.
- Turn LEFT (West) on Multnomah St, and continue for about a block.
- Turn RIGHT (North) into the Lloyd Center Mall complex.
- The DMV office is located on the lower level near Sears and Marshall's at the East end of the mall, across from The Men's Wearhouse.
- The area is usually fairly congested and there is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going East (from Downtown Portland)
- Head East on Burnside St and go across the bridge (over the Willamette River).
- Turn RIGHT (South) on Martin Luther King Blvd (OR-99S), and get into the left-hand lane as soon as possible.
- Turn LEFT (East) almost immediately on Ankeny St, and continue for 1 block (you can take the next street if you miss it).
- Turn LEFT (North) on Grand Ave (OR-99N).
- Continue North on Grand Ave for about 8 blocks.
- Turn Right (East) on Halladay St.
- Continue East on Halladay St for 3 blocks.
- Turn LEFT (North) on 9th Ave, and continue for 1 block.
- Turn RIGHT (East) on Multnomah St, and continue for about a block.
- Turn LEFT (North) into the Lloyd Center Mall complex.
