- From OR-101 North or Southbound, turn North on Devils Lake Blvd (the traffic signal just West of the golf course).
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going West
- Travel WEST on the Salmon River Highway (OR-18).
- OR-18 ends at OR-101.
- Take OR-101 SOUTH toward Lincoln City.
- Turn RIGHT on Devils Lake Blvd (the first traffic signal past the golf course as you come into town).
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
Going East
- Travel EAST on 36th Dr.
- Turn LEFT on Devils Lake Rd (36th Dr dead-ends at Devils Lake Rd).
- Continue North on Devils Lake Rd across OR-101, the road becomes Devils Lake Blvd.
- The DMV office is located in a building complex on the Right-hand side of Devils Lake Blvd between OR-101 and 45th St.
- Limited or no parking is available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.
