CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to statewide cost saving measures, all DMV facilities will be closed on the following days: 10/16/09, 11/27/09, 3/19/10, 4/16/10, 6/18/10, 8/20/10, 9/17/10, 11/26/10, 3/18/11, 5/20/11.

From Lexington
- Travel Southeast on the Heppner Highway (OR-74/OR-207) towards Heppner (approximately 8 miles).
- Look for the OSU/Dept of Forestry/DMV sign on the Left-hand side of the road.
- The DMV office is located on the backside of the OSU/Dept of Forestry building, about 2 blocks Northwest of the Willow Creek Country Club.
From Downtown Heppner
- Travel Northwest on the Heppner Highway (OR-74/OR-207) towards Lexington (approximately 2 miles).
- After you pass the Willow Creek Country Club and Dee Cox Rd, look for the OSU/Dept of Forestry/DMV sign on the Right-hand side of the road.
- The DMV office is located on the backside of the OSU/Dept of Forestry building.
