ODOT News
Corvallis DMV will close at current location Sept. 18

The Corvallis DMV field office will close its current location at the end of the business day on Friday, Sept. 18. A new location has not yet been determined.

The Department of Administrative Services, which manages property rental and lease contracts for state agencies, is negotiating for potential new locations. The new site and reopening date will be announced once a contract is finalized.

“DMV regrets the inconvenience to residents in the Corvallis area,” DMV Field Services Manager Stephanie Miles said. “We encourage customers to visit OregonDMV.com to see if they can do their business with us online or download forms and do it by mail.”

For transactions that require people to visit DMV in person – such as driver license renewal – Corvallis-area residents can use offices in nearby cities, such as Albany and Junction City. DMV office locations and business hours are listed at OregonDMV.com.

“To handle the additional workload at nearby offices, DMV is temporarily deploying its Corvallis staff to various DMV locations in the surrounding area to support the Corvallis community,” Miles said.
