Starting October 2023, LUBA has posted monthly case summaries of the Final Orders and Opinions issued. They can by found under the Case Summaries header, above. The case summaries for February 2025 are now available and can be found here.

2025 LUBA Board Member Changes 

In early 2025, LUBA Board Members Melissa Ryan and Michelle Rudd will depart from LUBA after many years of distinguished and dedicated service. We celebrate their contributions and wish them the best. Board Chair H. M. Zamudio continues to serve and lead LUBA. Governor Tina Kotek has appointed, and the Senate has confirmed, attorneys Fred Wilson and Tod Bassham for the two LUBA Board Member positions.
