The Planning Services Division provides specialized technical assistance and policy consultation to DLCD’s regional representatives serving local governments and citizens.
The division includes the Economic Development Planning Team and the Transportation and Growth Management Program.
The division also includes specialists dealing with urban development, farm and forest land protection, mineral and aggregate resources, natural resource management, and floodplain management.
