Planning for Aggregate
Planning for Aggregate (Nov. 2001)

NOTE: While this publication (printed in 2001) is still helpful, please be aware that Division 23 was amended by LCDC in 2004. Subsections 660-023-0180 (4) and (6) were added at that time. Therefore, the process for a "large significant site" remains the same, but the "quantity" information has changed and the publication does not include information on the process for identifying "small conditional-use significant sites." It is advised that the rule be consulted directly for information on the identification of significant aggregate sites and approval of mining activities.

This 64-page document includes several graphics. Each section may take some time to download.
