    The Employment Relations Board (ERB) resolves disputes concerning labor relations for an estimated 3,000 different employers and 250,000 employees in public and private sector under its jurisdiction. The Board administers the collective bargaining law that covers public employees of the State of Oregon and its cities, counties, school districts, and other local governments; hears and decides appeals from state employees concerning personnel actions; and administers the collective bargaining law that regulates private employers who are not covered by the National Labor Relations Act.

ERB Roundtable
You are invited to meet with members of the Employment Relations Board. The Board wants to hear your opinion of its services and your suggestions for improvement. The Board particularly wants input on how best to address notes the Legislature added to its 2011-13 budget. Issues raised by these budget notes include improving timely disposition of cases and evaluating the quality of Final and Recommended orders.

OFFICE CLOSURE DATES (UNPAID FURLOUGHS)
The Employment Relations Board, along with most state agencies, will be closed on ten specified days during the biennium. State workers affected by the closures, including all ERB staff, will take unpaid furloughs on those days. The closure days all fall on Fridays ...
