These rules do not address standards for renewable energy resource equipment manufacturing facilities passed by the special Oregon Legislature in February 2008 House Bill 3619. The Oregon Department of Energy will begin the public rulemaking process for that bill immediately. We expect to put the notice in the Secretary of State's Bulletin May 1.
