Oregon has designed its "Cash for Clunkers" Appliance Rebate Program to replace and recycle approximately 1,800 non-functioning or low-efficiency furnaces and heat pumps across the state. Eligible homeowners in Oregon are those earning less than 60 percent of the state's median income levels. This appliance program for low-income households was selected because Oregon has a Residential Energy Tax Credit incentive program for Oregonians who purchase high-efficiency appliances.
The Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE), invites you to participate in an anonymous Customer Service Survey. If you received services from one or more of the various programs at ODOE and wish to participate, click here for the survey links.
