State Land Board Partnership Award
STANDARDS
  1. Level of recognition:   Generally, there will be only one award presented each year. However, the selection committee may determine that more than one award would be appropriate. The committee also may determine that no award is appropriate.
      
  2. Eligibility:  Any individual or organization (public, nonprofit or business) that has performed a service for DSL programs that will enhance the agency's ability to fulfill its mission: Ensuring a legacy for Oregonians and their public schools through sound stewardship of lands, waterways, unclaimed property, estates and the Common School Fund.
      
  3. Nomination Screening Criteria:
  • Innovation and extra effort:  The nominee used innovations, including extra time, funds or creative solutions to conducting work on behalf of DSL, while protecting or enhancing natural or fiscal resources overseen by the department.
  • Consistency:  The nominee has consistently provided outstanding levels of service to the agency either over time or during the time period for which the award was given.
  • Good example:  The nominee sets a good example for other DSL partners and/or promotes high quality practices to others.
