The Tobacco Prevention and Education Program partners with the Oregon Department of Education to strengthen coordinated school health efforts for school-based tobacco prevention.
Activities include:
- Assisting schools in the selection of science-based tobacco education curriculum
- Training teachers on curriculum
- Training schools on how to develop a comprehensive tobacco-free schools policy
