User guides provide technical assistance for using OVERS. The rules for completing Oregon birth, death, or fetal death certificates are located at: http://www.oregon.gov/DHS/ph/chs/registration/instructions.shtml
 
Most user guides include 2-page "quick start" sheets with tips for getting started.

Biometric Device Drivers
 
If you do not have a biometric installation CD, you can download a zip file containing the basic drivers for installing the biometric device into your computer.  Choose your operating system, then save the file on your computer.  After unzipping, you can use these drivers when installing your biometric device by following the device driver setup instructions available above.  The other software needed to make the biometric device work with the OVERS system is available from within DAVE under Main > Help > Biometric Setup Files.
