Sold at: Celebrate Express' Birthday Express, Costume Express and Storybook Heirloom Web sites and catalogs, and at the Birthday Express retail outlet store located in Kirkland, Wash. The recalled products were sold from October 2003 through October 2006 for about $1.50.
Hazard: The recalled rings could contain high levels of lead . Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Description: The recalled children's Gigantic Gemstone Ring toy is a silver-colored metallic ring with a large plastic gemstone. The gemstone colors include: blue, red, purple, green and clear. The rings were sold individually and as part of various party favor, costume and heirloom sets.

Description: The recalled necklaces are multi-colored metal pendants that hang from a black cord. The pendants are in the shape of the head of one of three "Powerpuff Girls" cartoon characters. The packaging consists of purple cardboard with the three Powerpuff Girls cartoon characters and the words "CARTOON NETWORK" and "THE POWERPUFF GIRLS" printed on both sides.

Hazard: The metal spigot contains lead and is in direct contact with the contents of the lemonade jar. Lemonade and other beverages can cause the lead to leach from the spigot. Long-term exposure to lead in children may be associated with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth retardation.

Description: The recalled product is the Gemco® Lemonade Jar:
- The product is a six-sided glass jar with a round glass lid and a metal spigot at the bottom of the jar.
- The jar has a yellow and green label on the front that reads "Lemonade Jar" with a picture of two lemons.
- There is a sticker on the bottom that reads "imported by Gemco, Div. Lifetime Hoan Corp. Westbury, N.Y. 11590 Made in China."
Remedy: Consumers should stop using these lemonade jars immediately and return the spigot pieces to Lifetime Brands, Inc. for a full refund. Consumers should wash hands after handling the spigot.

Hazard:Some of the recalled furniture contains paint with high levels of lead. The lead level exceeds that allowed by the federal ban on lead-containing paint which is designed to protect children who might ingest paint chips or peelings. Target has received four reports of toys breaking apart, exposing sharp points. No injuries have been reported.
Hazard: Some of these toys contain lead paint, which is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Also, some of the toys have sharp points, posing laceration or puncture wound hazards.
Description: The recall involves "Kool Toyz" brand toys, including sets containing die-cast cars, playground set, doll house set, dinosaurs, trucks, boats and planes. The packaging is primary blue and has the "Kool Toyz" logo is on the upper left corner of the packaging. The Bendable Dog and Cat Toys distributed by Fun Express Inc., a subsidiary of Oriental Trading Company Inc., of Omaha, Neb. were a free giveaway by libraries nationwide as part of reading programs from January 2006 through August 2006.
Hazard: The paint on the bendable toys contains excessive levels of lead, which is banned under federal law. Lead is toxic and if ingested by young children can cause adverse health effects.
Description: The recalled toy is made of bendable plastic and is in the shape of a brown dog with black ears, paws and feet, a Dalmatian dog with pink paws, a white dog with orange spots, a brown dog with pink paws, a white cat with orange stripes, a brown cat with pink paws, a black cat with pink ears and a white cat with brown spots. The toys are about 3.75 inches tall. The toy's packaging is labeled as item 39/1461-K and 39/1461-KM.

Incidents/Injuries: Reebok has received a report of a death caused by lead poisoning of a 4-year-old child from Minneapolis, Minn. The child reportedly swallowed a piece from one of these bracelets.

Description: The recall involves an 8-inch long metal bracelet with a heart-shaped charm. The name "Reebok" is engraved on the one side of the charm. The charm bracelet was provided as a free gift with the purchase of various styles of children's footwear.

Glowin' Dino and Glowin' Doggy Animal Flashlights sold only at Target stores nationwide from November 2005 through December 2005 for about $10.
Hazard: The light green paint on the dinosaur-shaped flashlight and the brown paint on the dog-shaped flashlight could contain excess levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Description: The Glowin' Dino Flashlight and the Glowin' Doggy Flashlight are about 9-inches long and make an electronic sound when switched on. The green dinosaur roars, and the white and brown dog barks.
Only flashlights with the following date codes are in included in the recall: LC5H161, LC5H291, LC5I031, LC5I091, LC5I131, LC5J061, LC5J231, and LC5J311.
The date codes are found on the bottom of the flashlights. Units that do not contain these codes or other animal flashlight characters made by The Little Tikes Co. are not included in this recall. Also, units that have an "R" at the end of the date code are not included in the recall.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled flashlights away from young children and contact Little Tikes for more information. Consumers will get a free replacement flashlight or refund.

Sold at small craft and scrapbook retails outlets from April 2004 through July 2005, and at Pamida Stores from January 2005 through April 2005, for about $3.
Name of Product: Art Accentz® Changlz® Metal Charms
Importer: Provo Craft & Novelty Inc., of Spanish Fork, Utah.
Hazard: The recalled charms contain high levels of lead, posing a serious risk of lead poisoning and adverse health effects to young children.
Description: The charms are small silver-colored metal shapes that include flowers, bugs, pumpkins, and picture frames. "Art Accentz," "Changlz," "Provo Craft," and "For ages 3 and over" are printed on the charm's packaging. The charms were sold as decorations for craft projects such as scrapbooks, home décor and jewelry making.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the charms away from children and ensure any charms being used are not accessible to children. Call Provo Craft for a full refund.
