2009-2010 OPIC Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held at the Portland State Office Building (PSOB), 800 NE Oregon St., from 10:00AM to 12:00PM, unless otherwise noted on either the Annual Schedule or a Meeting Announcement. | General Membership meetings feature educational presentations on vaccine-preventable diseases, vaccine safety, new vaccines, the National Network for Immunization Information, ALERT (Oregon's immunization registry), the Vaccines for Children Program, school law, disparities in access to health care services, public policy/legislative issues, community outreach and other timely immunization-related topics. |
The purpose of the Annual Awards is to honor individuals or organizations which have significantly contributed to increasing childhood immunization awareness and/or the rate of immunizations in Oregon. The 2008 awards honor recipients for activities completed in 2007.
>The joint OPIC-OAIC (Oregon Adult Immunization Coalition) meeting provides education about immunizations across the lifespan.

| A Roundtable Meeting is a coalition meeting that is dedicated in its entirety to an in-depth educational presentation/discussion concerning one timely policy or policy-related issue of interest in the statewide immunization community. |
