The Oregon Diabetes Program goal is to reduce the burden of diabetes in Oregon.

We work with partners to create policies and environments where people have easy access to healthy foods and regular physical activity, which can help prevent or delay diabetes. We work to ensure that people with diabetes are able to manage their condition at home and with their health care providers to prevent complications and improve quality of life.
