State Children's Health Insurance Program

Is your child eligible for SCHIP?
Apply for the Oregon Health Plan coverage for your family. If any children are eligible, they will be enrolled in SCHIP.

Detailed information about Oregon's SCHIP program can be found on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Web site. On the CMS site, select "CHIP Approved State Plan Information," on the left-hand menu, then select "Show only items whose State is Oregon" on the resulting page.

In the OHP Eligibility Reports, you can find out how many children were enrolled in Oregon's SCHIP for a given month (select the reports for "Children's Health Insurance Program").
