Business-to-Business testing
Once DHS receives and approves a completed Trading Partner Agreement, a member of DHS EDI Support Services will call each submitter and provide them with specific instructions and guidelines, including logins and passwords, to complete business-to-business (B2B) testing.
B2B testing verifies that EDI submitters can successfully exchange EDI transactions with DHS. Once EDI submitters pass B2B testing, DHS can then move them to EDI production status, where submitters submit live claims and inquiries to DHS. For more information, go to the EDI Production page.
