2009 DD 50 Rate Matrix, Conducting ReBAR Assessments
and Building DD 54 and DD 51 Budgets and Service Rates

Beginning July 1, 2009 ReBAR assessment staff will be continuing assessments at a rate of 200 a month for present residents of 24-hour living settings and individuals entering comprehensive service. DD 50 Consumer Budgets and Service Rates

The ReBAR Assessment Unit was established in the Fall of 2008 and staff began conducting assessments in November 2008. The process for scoring ReBAR Assessment results and establishing individual budgets for consumers in DD 50 (24-hour Group Homes or Apartments) was developed during 2008, as well as implementation of DD 50 service rates for this consumer group.
