CAF Child Welfare Change Control Board (CCB)

About the CCB

• The CAF Child Welfare Change Control Board (CCB) was created in March of 2004 as the OR-Kids Project User Group (PUG). The group was created to assist the OR-Kids project by representing the users of child welfare computer systems, by providing input for the current systems, and by providing support for the transition to a SACWIS system.  The name was changed to CCB in November of 2006 to more accurately reflect the group’s role.

Ground Rules

• The meeting will begin and end on time.
• Each member is responsible for coming prepared.
• Expectations will be clearly explained if assignments are given.
• Members will be present or notify facilitator if unable to attend. If unable to attend, members should present any information to CCB group prior to meeting so information can be discussed during the meeting.
• Agenda, minutes and appointments will be sent out timely.
• Each member will be responsible to notify group if they will no longer be able to serve as a representative for the group. The previous member will need to either find a replacement or notify the group so we can find a replacement.

The group will meet once a month on the last Tuesday of every month from 9:30 to 12:00, or as needed.
