DHS/CAF/FBS Grants Coordinator, Heather Mowry, attends the three (3) CAPTA panel quarterly meetings on a regular basis, but is not a member of the CAPTA panels. The Grants Coordinator is the contract administrator for the CAPTA panels.
FBS Program Manager, Janvier Slick, attends the three (3) CAPTA panel meetings on occasion, but is not a member of the CAPTA panels. The FBS Program Manager supervises the Grants Coordinator.
