Process Center of Excellence (PCoE) is an emerging field of knowledge and research between management and information technology encompassing Portfolio & Project Management (PPM), Business Change Management (BCM) and Business Process Engineering (BPE) methodologies. PCoE covers activities performed by organizations to manage and, if necessary, improve their business processes through Business Process Architecture (BPA), and Business Transition Management (BTM). PCoE is a management model that allows the organization to manage their processes as any other assets and improve and manage them in an ever changing environment.
